It is a space where imagination and expression rule, dance is our drink of delight, and the celebration of life and the senses are set free without worry.

It is a space without anger or fear, where we can play without consequence or censorship from ourselves our our constituents.

In this space of celebration we take a stand away from the day to day, a consecration and declaration of free expression that is a vision for Mardi Gras and New Orleans that celebrates the beauty of our imaginations, not merely annihilation through intoxication.
